Gokoo的产品/服务是由GOKOOONLINE COMPANY LIMITED（注册地址：No. 9, G Tower Grand Rama 9, 24th Floor, Room No. GN04, Rama 9 Road, HuaiKhwang Sub-district, Huai Khwang District, Bangkok.）及其关联方提供者通过下述途径向您提供的产品/服务：包括但不限于Gokoo网站（www.imgokoo.com）、GokooApp/悟空外卖App等客户端以及相关微信开放平台账号或小程序等。针对某些特定的产品/服务，我们还将制定单独的隐私政策，向您说明这些产品/服务的特殊政策。如相关特定的隐私政策与本隐私政策有不一致之处，适用该特定隐私政策。
Gokoo’s products/services are provided by GOKOOONLINE COMPANY LIMITED (Registered address: No. 9, G Tower Grand Rama 9, 24th Floor, Room No. GN04, Rama 9 Road, HuaiKhwang Sub-district, Huai Khwang District, Bangkok) and its affiliated providers through the following means: including but not limited to Gokoo website (www.imgokoo.com), Gokoo/Wukong Takeaway App, other client and relevant WeChat open platform accounts or mini programs, etc. For some specific products/services, we will also have a separate privacy policy to explain to you the special policies for those products/services. If there is any inconsistency between the relevant specific privacy policy and this Privacy Policy, the specific privacy policy will apply.
本隐私政策所称的Gokoo及其关联方是指GOKOOONLINE COMPANY LIMITED及现有和/或未来设立的相关关联公司的单称或合称。
“Gokoo and its affiliated parties” in this Privacy Policy refers to the individual or collective names of GOKOOONLINE COMPANY LIMITED and its existing and/or future established affiliates.

1、为了向您提供我们产品/服务的基本功能，您需要授权我们收集、使用必要信息的情形，如您拒绝提供前述必要信息，您将无法正常使用我们的的产品/服务；

2、为了向您提供我们产品/服务的拓展功能，您可以选择授权我们收集、使用信息的情形，如您拒绝提供前述信息，您将无法正常使用相关附加功能或无法实现我们拟达到的功能效果，但并不会影响您正常使用我们产品/服务的基本功能。

为遵守法律法规的要求，以及向您提供更个性化、更便捷的服务，在您注册成为Gokoo用户时，您需要至少提供手机号码以创建Gokoo账号，并完善相关的网络身份识别信息（如头像、昵称及登录密码等）；如果您仅需使用浏览、搜索等功能，您无需注册成为我们的用户以及提供上述信息。
To comply with laws and regulations, and to provide you with more personalized and convenient services, when you register as a Gokoo user, you need to provide at least your mobile number to create a Gokoo account and upload relevant online identification information (such as avatar, nickname, and login password, etc.), [LL1] if there is only the need to use browsing and search functions, you do not need to register as a user or provide the above-mentioned information.
在提供账号信息的过程中，如果您愿意额外补充如下个人信息，将有助于我们向您提供更为个性化的服务：包括您的性别、生日、常居地、家乡、喜好、家庭信息等。如果您不提供该等信息，不会影响您享受Gokoo服务的基本功能。
In the process of providing account information, if you would like to add the following additional personal information, it will help us to provide you with more personalized services: your gender, birthday, usual place of residence, hometown, preferences, family information, etc. If you do not provide such information, it will not affect your enjoyment to the basic functions of Gokoo services.
如您选择授权使用第三方账号登录时，我们会从第三方获取您共享的账号信息（如头像、昵称、地区、性别等信息）与您的Gokoo账号进行绑定用于快捷登录，我们会依据与第三方的约定，在符合相关法规的前提下，使用您的个人信息。
If you choose to authorize a third-party account to log in, we will obtain your shared account information (such as avatar, nickname, region, gender, and other information[LL2] ) from the third party to bind with your Gokoo account for quick login, we will use your personal information in accordance with the agreement with the third party and in compliance with relevant regulations.
2、向您提供基于地理位置的信息展示 Provide You with Location-based Information Display
为了向您提供周边吃喝玩乐及出行信息的展示和搜索服务，提升我们的服务表现、效率和功能，经您授权我们会收集您在使用我们服务过程中产生的相关信息，包括：
To provide you with the display and search services of eating, drinking and travelling information in surrounding areas, and to improve performance, efficiency and functionality of our services, with your authorization, we will collect relevant information generated during your use of our services, including:
（1）位置信息。当您通过系统授权开启移动设备的定位功能并使用基于位置提供的服务时，我们会收集和使用您的位置信息以便为您推荐周边的生活服务（例如您不需要手动输入所在地理位置就可获得相关服务，估算商家与您之间的实际距离方便您进行消费决策，为您推荐附近的服务品类和优惠信息等）。我们会使用有关技术获取您的位置信息（准确度会有所不同），这些技术包括 IP 地址、GPS 以及能够提供相关信息的WLAN（如Wi-Fi） 接入点、蓝牙和基站等。您使用服务中提供的信息中可能包含相应地理位置信息，例如您在账号资料中设置的地区信息或您上传的图片、视频中的地理标记信息。您可以在移动设备的系统中关闭定位服务停止我们对您所在位置信息的收集，但可能因此无法使用我们基于地理位置为您提供的服务，或者无法达到相关服务的预期效果。
Location information. When you enable the location function of your mobile device through system authorization and use location-based services, we will collect and use your location information to recommend services in your neighborhood (for example, you can obtain relevant services without the need to manually enter your location, estimate the actual distance between the merchant and you to facilitate your consumption decision, recommend nearby services and special offers, etc.). We will obtain your location information (the accuracy of which may vary) by using relevant technologies such as IP address, GPS, and WLAN access points (such as Wi-Fi), Bluetooth and base stations that can provide relevant information. The information provided in your use of the services may include corresponding location information, such as region information you set in your account profile, or geotagged information in pictures or videos you upload. You may disable location services in your mobile device’s system to stop us from collecting information about your location, but you may not be able to use the services we provide to you based on geolocation or achieve the desired results of the relevant services as a result.
（2）日志信息。当您使用我们提供的产品/服务时，我们会收集您的浏览、搜索、点击、收藏、添加购物车、交易、售后、关注、分享、发布等信息并作为有关网络日志进行保存，其中包括您的IP地址、浏览器的类型、使用的语言、操作系统的版本、访问的日期和时间、电信运营商、网络请求等。
Log information. When you use the products/services we provide, we will collect your browsing, searching, clicking, favoriting, adding shopping cart, trading, after-sales, following, sharing, publishing and other information and save it as relevant web logs, including your IP address, type of browser, language used, version of operating system, date and time of access, telecommunication carrier, network request, etc.
3、为您提供预订、下单、订单管理功能 Provide You with Booking, Order Placement and Order Management Functions
您在Gokoo上预订/下单美食、休闲娱乐、生活服务、景点门票、电影票、丽人、运动健身、结婚、亲子、宠物、医疗等服务时，您需要根据所选择的服务类型提供联系人信息（姓名、性别、电话号码等）、地址信息（如使用家政服务时）、服务偏好（如就餐人数等）等。
When you book/order food, leisure and entertainment, lifestyle services, attraction tickets, movie tickets, beauty, sports and fitness, marriage, parent-child, pet, medical and other services on Gokoo, you will need to provide contact information (name, gender, mobile number, etc.), address information (e.g. when using housekeeping services), service preferences (e.g. number of people dining, etc.), etc. according to the type of service you choose.
您在Gokoo上预订/下单机票、火车票、汽车票、酒店、景点门票、民宿、跟团旅行、医疗、学生专享等服务，或者办理手机卡或签证等业务时，您可能需要根据有关法律规定和相关方要求（票务、酒店、旅行社及其代理方等）提供您的实名身份信息（包括但不限于您的身份证、军官证、护照、驾驶证、学生证等载明您身份的证件照片、复印件、号码等）、联系人信息（姓名、性别、电话号码等）、电子邮箱地址（用于确认订单信息等）、个人照片（用于初诊等）、同行人信息、紧急联络人信息等。
When you book/order flight tickets, train tickets, bus tickets, hotels, attraction tickets, home stay, group travel, medical treatment, student exclusive and other services on Gokoo, you may need to provide your real name identity information (including but not limited to, ID card, officers’ card, driving license, student card and other ID photos, copies and numbers with your identity information), contact information (name, gender, mobile number etc.), email address (for order confirmation etc.), personal photo (for initial diagnosis), peer information, emergency contact information etc. in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and the requirements of relevant parties (ticketing, hotels, travel agencies and their agents).
为向您展示您账号的订单信息及便于您对订单信息的管理，我们会收集您在使用我们服务过程中产生的订单信息。
To show you the order information of your account and to facilitate your management of the order information, we collect the order information generated by you in the course of using our services.
您在Gokoo上生成的订单中，将可能包含您的身份信息、联络信息、行程信息、住宿信息、支付信息等，这些都属于敏感信息，请您谨慎向他人展示或对外提供，我们也将会在展示订单信息时，在保证信息可用性的基础上尽量去标识化处理。
The orders you generate on Gokoo may contain your identity information, contact information, itinerary information, accommodation information, payment information, etc. These are sensitive information, please be careful about showing or providing them to others, we will also try to de-identify the order information when displaying it on the basis of ensuring the availability of information.
4、为您提供收藏、关注、分享、推荐功能 Provide You with Collection, Attention, Sharing and Recommendation Functions
为了便于您管理自己的偏好，寻找具有共同爱好的用户或社区，获得更轻松的访问体验，与好友及第三方进行分享等，您可以收藏/关注/加入您感兴趣的商户/用户/部落，也可以通过功能组件向第三方进行信息分享，我们会收集您在使用上述功能中产生的日志信息，用于在个人主页中向您展示、实现在线管理、发起共享以及向您推荐具有共同爱好的用户等。
To facilitate you to manage your preferences, find users or communities with common interests, obtain easier access experience, share with friends and third partis etc., you can favorite/follow/join merchants/users/tribes you are interested in, and share information with third parties through functional components. We will collect the log information generated from your use of the above-mentioned functions and use it to display it to you in your profile, to realize online management, to initiate sharing and to recommend users with common interests with you, etc.
5、为您提供涉及配送、代邮寄、跑腿功能 Provide You with Functions Involving Distribution, Substitute Mailing and Errands
当您在Gokoo上使用相应功能涉及配送（例如外卖配送）/代邮寄（例如发票邮寄）/跑腿（例如帮买帮送）服务时，您需要提供取/收货人的姓名、性别（用于配送人员联络时称呼您，如刘女士）、手机号码、收货地址、门牌号等，以便于您的订单能够安全准确送达并完成。您还可以选择为常用地址加注标签（如家、公司等），以便于此后的查找使用。
When you use corresponding services involving delivery (e.g. takeaway delivery)/ mailing on behalf of you (e.g. invoice mailing)/running errands (e.g. buy and deliver) on Gokoo, you need to provide the name, gender (for delivery personnel to address you when contacting, e.g. Ms. Liu), mobile number, delivery address, door number etc. of the pickup/receiver so that your order can be delivered and completed safely and accurately. You can choose to add labels (e.g. home, company, etc.) for common addresses so that they can be easily found and used later.
6、为您提供写点评、攻略、打卡等信息发布功能 Provide You with The Ability to Write Reviews, Tips, Punch Cards and Other Information Release Functions
您在Gokoo上主动对商家的产品/服务进行评价或发布其他内容（如分享心情、状态、签到、攻略等信息）时，我们将收集您发布的信息，并展示您的昵称、头像和发布内容等。如您选择以匿名方式发布评价信息时，我们将不展示您的昵称、头像。
When you actively rate merchants’ products/services or post other content (such as sharing your mood, status, check-in, tips, etc.) on Gokoo, we will collect the information you post and display your nickname, avatar and posted content. If you choose to post your evaluation information in an anonymous way, we will not display your nickname and avatar.
7、为您提供出行服务 Provide You with Travel Services
当您在Gokoo上使用打车等出行服务时，我们还可能会收集您的行程信息等，具体的信息收集和使用规则请参见附件中的《Gokoo打车隐私政策》。
When you use travel services such as calling a taxi on Gokoo, we may also collect information about your trip etc. Please refer to the attached Gokoo Taxi Privacy Policy for specific rules on collection and use of information.
8、帮助您完成支付 Facilitate You with Payment
您在Gokoo上进行订单支付时，您可以选择Gokoo及其关联方（如Gokoo支付）或者Gokoo的第三方合作机构（如微信支付、QQ钱包、Apple Pay、支付宝等合作方）所提供的服务进行支付。我们需要收集您的Gokoo订单信息、对账信息及其他法律要求的必要信息并与这些合作机构共享，以确认您的支付指令并帮助您完成支付。
When you pay for your orders on Gokoo, you can choose the services provided by Gokoo and its affiliates (such as Gokoo Pay) or Gokoo’s third party partners (such as WeChat Pay, QQ Wallet, Apple Pay, Alipay and other partners). We need to collect your Gokoo order information, reconciliation information and other necessary information required by law and share it with these partners to confirm your payment instructions and facilitate you with payment.
9、为您提供/展示支付、借贷、签证、理财、保险等金融产品/服务 Provide/Show You Financial Products/Services Such as Payment, Debit, Visa, Finance, Insurance, etc.
当您使用Gokoo上提供/展示的金融产品/服务时，我们还可能会收集您的身份证件信息（含影印件）、信用卡信息、银行卡信息等，具体的信息收集和使用规则请参见与您另行签署的具体服务协议/文件/规则以及附件中的《Gokoo金融隐私政策》。
When you use the financial products/services offered/ displayed on Gokoo, we may also collect your ID card information (including photocopies), credit card information, bank card information, etc. Please refer to specific service agreement/document/rules signed separately with you and the attached Gokoo Financial Privacy Policy for specific rules on collection and use of information.
10、为您提供直播服务 Provide You with Live Streaming Services
您在开通直播服务时，根据法律法规的要求，可能需要通过“人脸识别”的方式进行实名认证，以验证您的身份。在实名认证的过程中，我们和提供认证服务的第三方认证机构需要您提供真实名字和姓氏、身份证号码及面部特征值信息。这些信息是个人敏感信息，您可以拒绝提供，且不会影响Gokoo其他功能的正常使用。这些信息仅供实名认证及法律法规所规定的用途，未经您明示授权，不会用作其他目的。
When you activate live streaming services, according to the requirements of laws and regulations, you may need to authenticate your identity by means of “face recognition”. In the process of real-name authentication, we and the third-party certification agency providing authentication services require you to provide you real name and surname, ID number and facial features. These are sensitive information that you can refuse to provide and will not affect the normal use of other Gokoo features. This information is only used for the purpose of real-name authentication and for the purposes specified in laws and regulations, and will not be used for any other purpose without your express authorization.
您在使用直播服务时，我们将收集您直播的音视频信息，并展示您的昵称、头像及直播信息。
When you use the live streaming service, we will collect audio and video information of your live streaming and display your nickname, avatar, and live streaming information.
您在使用直播服务时，我们会请求您授权相机、麦克风权限。您如果拒绝授权提供，将无法使用此功能，但不影响您正常使用Gokoo其他功能。
When you use the live streaming service, we will ask you to authorize camera and microphone permissions. If you refuse to authorize, you will not be able to use this function, but it will not affect your normal use of other Gokoo functions.
11、为您提供客服和售后服务 Provide You with Customer Service and after-sales Service
当您与我们的客服取得联系时，我们的系统可能会记录您与客服之间的通讯记录，以及使用您的账号信息以便核验身份；当您需要我们提供与您订单相关的客户服务时，我们可能会查询您的相关订单信息以便给予您适当的帮助和处理；当您需要客服协助您修改有关信息（如配送地址、联系方式等）时，您可能还需要提供上述信息外的其他信息以便完成修改。
When you contact our customer service, our system may record the communication between you and customer service, as well as use your account information for identity verification: when you need us to provide customer service relating to your order, we may query your relevant order information in order to provide appropriate assistances and handling. When you need customer service to assist you in making changes (such as delivery address, contact information, etc.), you may need to provide extra information to complete the changes.
为了保证服务体验、处理服务纠纷，您在订单履行过程中拨打或者接听开启号码保护（隐私号）的电话时，您与商家、骑手间的通话信息可能会被录音。有关上述信息的收集和使用规则如下，或参见订单页面中的提示内容。
To ensure service quality, settle disputes, your calls with merchants and rides may be recorded when you make or receive calls with number protection (privacy number) enabled during order fulfillment process. The rules for the collection and use of these information are as follows, or as indicated on the order page.
（1）经授权，当您与商家、骑手间出现服务纠纷时，平台可调取并使用录音信息作为解决纠纷的参考依据。
Upon authorization, when service disputes arise between you and merchant or rider, the platform may retrieve and use the recorded information as a reference basis for dispute resolution.
（2）平台将切实保障通话双方的隐私安全，录音将上传至Gokoo服务器保存，各方无法自行下载、调取或播放录音；除以下情形外，平台不会将录音提供给任何人（包括通话主、被叫方）：a.有权机关依法定程序调取；b.被录音的一方持司法机关出具的法律文件依法调取。
The platform will effectively ensure the privacy and security of both parties. Recordings will be uploaded to Gokoo server for storage, the parties cannot download, retrieve, or play the recordings by themselves; the platform will not provide the recordings to anyone (including the caller and the called party) except in the following cases: a. The authorized authority retrieves the recordings according to the legal procedures; b. The party being recorded retrieves the recordings according to the law with the legal documents issued by the judicial authority.
（3）录音在保存7天后将自动永久删除，如遇差评、投诉、尚未处理完毕的纠纷等，平台将适当延长录音保存期限。
Recordings will be automatically and permanently deleted after 7 days of storage. In case of negative reviews, complaints, unresolved disputes, etc., the platform will appropriately extend the storage period of recordings.
12、为您提供安全保障 Provide You with Security
为了保障您的账号安全、交易安全以及系统运行安全，满足法律法规和我们协议规则的相关要求，在您访问及使用我们的产品/服务过程中，经您授权我们会获取您的设备信息，包括您使用的设备型号、硬件序列号、设备MAC地址、唯一设备识别码（如IMEI/androidID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID/OAID、SIM卡IMSI、ICCID信息等设备标识符）、移动应用列表、电信运营商等软硬件特征信息。未经您的授权，我们不会提前获取以上信息。
To protect your account security, transactions security and system operation security, and to meet the relevant requirements of laws and regulations and rules in our agreement, during your access and use of our products/services, we will obtain your device information with your authorization, including the device model, hardware serial number, device MAC address unique device identifier (such as IMEI/androidID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID/OAID, Sim card IMSI, ICCID information and other device identifiers), the list of mobile applications, telecom operators and other hardware and software characteristics information. We will not obtain the above information in advance without your authorization.
为提高您使用我们提供的服务的安全性，更准确地预防钓鱼网站欺诈和木马病毒，我们可能会使用或整合您的个人信息以及我们的关联方、合作伙伴取得您授权或者依法共享的信息，根据您的使用习惯和常用软件信息等来综合判断您的账号及交易风险，包括验证身份，预防、发现、调查可能存在的欺诈、网络病毒、网络攻击等安全风险以及违反我们或关联方协议、政策或规则等行为，以保护您、其他用户、我们或关联方的合法权益，并记录一些我们认为有风险的链接(“URL”)。
To improve the security of your use of the service we provide and to prevent phishing website fraud and Trojan viruses more accurately, we may use or integrate your personal information and information obtained from our affiliates and partners that you have authorized or shared in accordance with the law, to make a comprehensive determination of your account and transaction risks based on your usage habits and common software information, including verification of identity, prevention, detection, and investigation of possible fraud, network viruses, network attacks and other security risks, as well as violations of our or our affiliates’ agreements, policies or rules, to protect the legitimate rights and interests of you, other users, us or our affiliates, and to record some links (“URLs”) that we consider as risky.
13、我们可能间接收集的个人信息 Personal Information That We May Collect Indirectly
为完成身份核验，保障账号安全，确认交易状态及为您提供售后与争议解决等目的，经您授权后我们可能会从第三方获取您的个人信息（例如通过您选择的交易对象和交易直接涉及的第三方信息系统、支付机构等收集与交易进度相关的您的交易、支付、出票、酒店预订、外卖预订等信息，以便于我们处理您的订单并保证服务的顺利完成，或者更好地预防诈骗、刷单等恶意行为）。我们会依据法律法规的要求以及与第三方的约定，经您授权后向Gokoo的关联方、合作伙伴获得您的有关信息，并对其信息来源的合法性进行确认后使用您的这些信息。
